We provide a label option:
- in-mould labeling
Label is transported with robot arms that are placed in molding, then plastic wounds that have been undissed in the injel into molding.
After plastic injection, the mold is cooled so that the plastic can harden and form the final product with the label embedded in it. Once cold, the label has been neatly installed.
The IML process has several benefits , including a more attractive final display, good durability of scratches and wear, as well as the ability to print labels with high resolution and soft details.
