How to Make Ling Fish Soup

Follow these steps so that the fish soup has a clear and fresh broth.

1. Prepare Vegetables

Wash the white vegetables thoroughly then drain.

Cut vegetables to the desired size so they are easy to eat.


2. Clean Fish

Clean the Ling fish from scales and dirt.

3. Fry the fish briefly
