Materials needed:
• Water 775 ml
• Edta 0.5 grm
• Emal 270 N / Texapon N 70 20 Gram
• Labs / ABS 40 Grm
• Cocamidopropyl betaine/amphitol/aminone 20-40 grm
• Industrial salt 45 grams
• Original perfume to taste
• Instead of Supervisor
Making Steps:

  • Pour 775 ml of water into a bucket that has been prepared, then insert the Emal N 270 while stirring until completely dissolved. You can miss this process for one night if you are lazy to stir, but make sure everything is well mixed the next day.
  • After the emal is soluble, add the ORM and FST to the mixture of water and emal, stir until evenly distributed and dissolved.
  • PH test by inserting pH paper into a soap solution. Match the color of the pH paper that you hold with the label on the packaging. The ideal pH standard is 6.5-7. If the pH is less than 5 (pH 1-5), add a little STPP / Soda API until it reaches 6.5-7. If the pH is more than 7 (pH 8-12), add citric acid / citrun.
  • Next, add perfume to the mixture while continuing to stir until dissolved.
  • Add industrial salt slowly while continuing to stir until the mixture thickens.
  • Finally, add Perwana little by little while continuing to stir until evenly distributed.

    Things to note
    • Make sure the soap pH is in the range of 6.5 – 7 to maintain the safety of its use.
    • pH below 5 (pH 1-5) can cause irritation to the skin, sometimes causes dry and peeling skin. This is more risky for people with sensitive skin. Conversely,
    • pH above 7 (pH 8-12) can cause irritation to the skin and symptoms of itching, especially on sensitive skin.
    • The use of water with TDS 0 (Total Dissolve Solid) is advised to avoid problems such as unpleasant odors and reduced soap foam power if stored for a long time.
