CN UPS CN 1300 ICA capacity 1300 VA, inverter only works when the AC input voltage is low or absent. When the AC input voltage is in normal condition, the ICA UPS will stabilize and filter the input voltage and supply a clean and stable AC voltage to the ICA UPS output and to charge the battery. When the AC input voltage is low or absent, the inverter will replace it and supply a stable AC voltage with a very short switching time (don't ask how many seconds/minutes there is no info - it's in the specs)
